Chicken and Shiitake Mushroom Soup “Sup Ayam Jamur Shiitake”(Bilingual Eng-Indonesia)

It’s winter, it’s flu and cold season. Today making this super easy soup at home. Using only natural ingredients and no salt added. Very convenient for little kid with sore throat and flu. Here is the recipe.

(Teman-teman, hari ini aku bikin sup ayam jamur dirumah, khusus buat si kecil yang lagi batuk kering. Tanpa garam dan merica, cukup rasa alami kaldu ayam dan jamurnya. Yuk, cobain juga)

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole chicken (ayam)
  • 3 liters of normal temperature water (air suhu normal)
  • 20 dried Shiitake mushroom
  • 10 garlic (bawang putih)
  • thumb of ginger (jahe sejempol)
  • some chopped green onion for garnish (daun bawang untuk hiasan)

Step:

  1. Put water in a tall pot, turn on the heat on LOW-MEDIUM. (Tuang air dalam panci, nyalakan api KECIL-SEDANG.)
  2. Put in all ingredients. (Masukkan semua bahan)
  3. Slow cook the soup for 1 hour. (Masak perlahan sup selama 1 jam.)
  4. Serve the soup hot with sprinkle of green onion. (Sajikan sup dengan taburan daun bawang.)
