Blueberry Hotcakes “Pancake Bluberi” (Bilingual Eng-Indonesia)

Little one got fuzzy on blueberries?? Try this “no on can resist” hotcakes recipe soon. Very simple, very easy and instant yummies on your breakie table. Here we go!

(Teman-teman ini aku share reset Pancake Bluberi kayak di resto-resto punya ya. Gampang bikinnya dan pasti enak. Yuk ikuti caranya!)

Ingredients:

Blueberry sauce (saus bluberi):

  • 1 cup of blueberries (satu canker bluberi segar)
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar (gula pasir)

Dry ingredients (bahan kering):

  • 1 cup of all purpose flour (terigu serba guna)
  • salt (garam secukupnya)
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar (gula pasir)

Wet ingredients (bahan basah):

  • 1 cup of milk –> room temperature (susu fair –> suhu ruangan)
  • 1 teaspoon of vinegar (cuka cair)
  • 1 egg –> room temperature (telur ayam –> suhu ruang)
  • 1 tablespoon of melted butter (mentega cair)

Addition (tambahan):

  • powdered sugar for dusting (gula serbuk untuk taburan)

Steps:

  1. Mix the milk and vinegar and set for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, mix in egg and melted butter. (Campur susu cair dangan cuka dan diamkan 10 menit. Setelah 10 menit, campur rata telur dan mentega cair kedalamnya.)
  2. Mix the dry ingredients. (Campur rata bahan kering.)
  3. Making the sauce: Heat a pan on small-medium. Pour in blueberries and sugar, wait for minutes until the blueberries got soften and the sugar melt a bit, mix well and cook until thick sauce formed. Turn off the heat and cool the sauce completely.(Membuat sausnya: panaskan wajan dengan api kecil-medium, masukkan bluberi dan gula pasir, diamkan beberapa menit sampai gula sedikit meleleh dan bluberi empuk, awasi terus jangan sampai gosong, kecilkan api jika perlu. Masak sambil diaduk perlahan hingga saus mengental dan bluberi hancur. Angkat dan dinginkan sempurna.)
  4. Making the hotcakes: Heat a pan on medium. Mix the dry ingredients and wet ingredients together. When the pan is hot enough, pour in some of the batter and directly put some blueberries on the top of it. Cook for 30 seconds and flip. Cook again for another 30 seconds. Take out the pancake. (Membuat pancake: Panaskan wajan dengan api medium. Campur bahan kering dengan bahan basah hingga rata. Jika wajan sudah panas, tuang beberapa bagian adonan dan segera letakkan bluberi diatasnya. Tunggu selama 30 detik dan balik pancake, masak lagi selama 30 detik. Angkat.)
  5. Set the hotcakes on the plate and pour on the sauce. Dust with some powdered sugar. Serve warm with tall glass of warm milk. (Sajikan pancake pada sebuah piring dan tuangi dengan sausnya, taburi dengan sedikit gula bubuk dan sajikan dengan segelas susu hangat.)
