Breakfast Boat with Cheese and Sausage Toppings ““Kapal” Roti Tawar dengan Keju dan Sosis” (Bilingual Eng-Indonesia)

Have you ever made your own white bread at home? Well here is mine. Something special and fun about making your own bread is you can cut the loaf the way you like. I cut the loaf at the length side to make the bread look long and uncommon. This is an uncommon slice but really cute. And today I made this cute bread boat for breakfast with cheese and Sausage toppings. Here is how!

(Teman-teman, yang sering bikin roti tawar sendiri di rumah. Ada satu cara unik untuk menikmatinya, daripada diiris seperti roti tawar kebanyakan, coba diiris sisi panjang nya, jadi roti tampak panjang dan unik. Ini “Kapal” roti tawar dengan keju dan sosis kesayangan. Lucu dan unik serta gampang buatnya. Yuk cobain sama-sama!)

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice of length side of the bread (seiris roti bagian sisi panjang)
  • 1 sausage (cut small) (sosis : potong kecil)
  • 1 teaspoon of butter (mentega)
  • some cheese (I used old Gouda) (keju Kraft Quick Melt)
  • black pepper (merica hitam)
  • some butter (mentega)

Steps:

  1. Brush both sides of the bread evenly with butter. Set aside. (Olesi kedua sisi roti dengan mentega secara merata. Sisihkan.)

  1. Grate the cheese and set aside. (Parut kejunya dan sisihkan.)
  2. Heat a frying pan on medium. Melt the 1 tablespoon of butter and stir fry the sausage (and the egg if you want a sunny side egg on it). Take out the sausage and set aside. Don’t turn off the stove. (Panaskan penggorengan/ Teflon dengan api medium. Lelehkan 1 sendok makan mentega dan tumis sosis (boleh juga bikin telur mata sapi jika ingin). Angkat sosis dan sisihkan. Tetap nyalakan kompor.)
  3. On the same pan, put in the bread and grill until golden brown in one side, then flip it, put the sausages on the top of the bread and put on cheese on the top of them. Cover the pan with the lid and turn the heat to LOW. Cook until the cheese melt. (Masih pada wajan yang sama, masukkan roti dan masak hingga salah satu sisinya kecoklatan, balik roti dan segera letakkan potongan sosis dan parutan keju diatasnya. Tutup wajan dengan penutupnya dan KECIL kan api kompor. Masak hingga keju meleleh.)
  4. Take the bread slightly from the pan and sprinkle with some black pepper. Serve warm. Enjoy the melting thing..(Keluarkan roti perlahan dari wajan dan taburi dengan merica hitam secukupnya. Sajikan panas panas.)
