Japanese Sōmen Soup with Sausage and Mushroom “Sup Somen/Misoa dengan Sosis dan Jamur”

I made this soup noodle this afternoon for lunch with my little one, he just learnt to use the chopstick. It basically simp Japanese Sōmen, sausage, mushroom and kimchi, poured with chicken soup. Here is the recipe!

(Teman-teman ini aku share resep untuk bikin Sup Sōmen/ Misoa dengan sosis dan jamur yang sederhana dan gampang dibuat di rumah. Aku pakai sedikit Kimchi juga untuk pelengkap nya. Gunakan sosis terbaik atau sosis kesayangan kalian. Yuk, cobain bareng-bareng!)

Japanese Somen Noodle soup with Sausage & Mushroom

Ingredients: (1 portion)

– 80 grams of dried Sōmen –> boiled and drained (misoa kering –> rebus dan tiriskan)

– 1 sausage –> cut small (sosis –> potong kecil)

– some Champignon mushroom –> slice thin (jamur Champignon –> iris tipis)

– some Kimchi (Kimchi secukupnya)

– 1 litre of chicken stock (kaldu ayam)

– 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil (minyak sayur)

– 1 medium carrot –> sliced thin (wortel –> iris tipis)

– 3 cherry tomatoes –> sliced onto 2 (buah tomat kecil-kecil –> belah dua)

– 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce (saus tiram)

– salt and pepper (garam dan merica secukupnya)

– some leek –> cut small (daun bawang –> potong kecil)

Steps:

1. Heat a pot with chicken stock inside on medium, bring to boil. Season with oyster sauce, salt and pepper. Turn the heat to low.

(Panaskan panci dengan kaldu ayam didalamnya dengan api medium, didihkan. Bumbui dengan saus tiram, garam dan merica secukupnya. Kecilkan api.)

2. In a frying pan, pour 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil and stir fry the garlic until fragrant. Put in the mushroom and cook until the mushroom soft. Sprinkle some black pepper. Take off the heat and set aside.

(Pada sebuah penggorengan, tuang 1 sendok teh minyak sayur dan tumis bawang putih hingga harum. Masukkan jamur dan masak hingga jamur lembut. Beri sedikit merica hitam. Angkat dari api dan sisihkan.)

3. Still on the same pan, stir fry the carrot for 4 minutes. Set aside.

(Masih pada penggorengan yang sama, tumis wortel selama 4 menit saja. Sisihkan)

4. Still on the same pan, stir fry the tomatoes and sausage until brownish. Set aside.

(Masih pada penggorengan yang sama, tumis sosis dan tomat hingga kecoklatan. Sisihkan)

5. Put the Sōmen in a bowl then put the sausages, carrot, tomato, kimchi, and mushroom on the top of it. Pour with the soup and sprinkle some leek. Serve immediately.

(Letakkan Sōmen pada sebuah mangkuk, letakkan sosis, tomat, wortel, Kimchi dan jamur diatas mie dan tuang dengan sup nya. Taburi dengan pototngan daun bawang. sajikan segera.)
