Canadian Sausage Kimchi Bokkeumbap “Kimchi Fried Rice/ Nasi Goreng Kimchi” (Bilingual Eng-Indonesia)

When east meet west..the Korean Kimchi Bokkeumbap with Canadian Village sausage. Very delicious and tempting. Instead of common rice, I used brown rice for this recipe. I turns out really good. Cook the rice the night before and let them rest on room temperature before you cook them. Here is the recipe!

(Teman-teman, ini aku share resep untuk bikin nasi goreng Kimchi plus sosis. Kimchi adalah sayur fermentasai khas Korea yang biasanya disajikan sebagai pelengkap makanan utama sehari-hari. Berupa sayur sawi putih yang direndam bumbu racikan khas sedikit pedas. Rasanya asam asam segar gurih. Biasanya juga dibikin Nasi Goreng ini. Ini aku campur dengan sosis Canada, sosis asap lokal yang wangi dan konturnya sip banget. Yuk, cobain!)

Kimchi Bokkeumbap Kimchi Fried Rice "Nasi Goreng Kimchi"

Ingredients:

– 1 plate of rice (nasi putih)

– 2 cloves or garlic –> bashed (bawang putih –> geprek)

– 2 tablespoons of Kimchi (Kimchi)

– 50 grams of Canadian Village Sausage / any sausage will do (sosis kesayanganmu)

– 1 teaspoon of gojujang (Korean Chili Paste) (Gojujang –> pasta sambal merah Korea)

– 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil (minyak sayur)

– 1/2 teaspoon of oyster sauce (saus tiram)

– some leek –> cut small (daun bawang –> potong kecil)

Steps:

1. Heat a pan on HIGH, pour in the vegetable oil. stir fry the garlic until fragrant. Put in the sausage, oyster sauce, and gojujang. Mix well for seconds. Put in the rice and kimchi. Stir well until well combined.

(Panaskan wajan dengan api BESAR, tuang minyak sayur dan tumis bawang putih hingga harum. Masukkan sosis, saus tiram, dan Gojujang. Aduk rata selama beberapa detik. Masukkan nasi dan Kimchi, aduk rata hingga warna merata betul.)

2. Turn off the stove and move the fried rice onto a plate, sprinkle with some leek. Serve immediately.

(Matikan kompor, pindahkan nasi goreng pada sebuah piring dan taburi dengan potongan daun bawang. Sajikan segera.)
