Bread Crumb Fried Salmon “Salmon Goreng Tepung Roti” (Bilingual Eng-Indonesia)

This is another way to cook Salmon. Dip the salmon in liquid batter then dredge it on bread crumb. It’s very crunchy yet soft inside. Here is the recipe!

(Teman-teman ini aku share resep untuk Salmon goreng tepung roti. Celup salmon dalam adonan cair lalu perlahan gulingkan pada tepung roti dan goreng garing. Yuk, cobain!)

Bread Crumb Fried Salmon

Ingredients:

– 200 grams of cut salmon (salmon segar potongan)

– some lemon juice (perasan jeruk lemon)

– pepper (merica hitam secukupnya)

Batter (Adonan Celup):

–  120 grams of all purpose flour (tepung terigu)

– 1 cup of cold water (236 ml) (air dingin)

– 1 teaspoon of salt (garam)

– 1 teaspoon of pepper (merica bubuk)

Frying (untuk menggoreng):

– 30 grams of all purpose flour –> for coating (tepung terigu untuk melapisi salmon)

– 1 cup of bread crumb (120 grams) (tepung panir/ tepung roti)

– oil for frying (minyak untuk menggoreng)

 Steps:

1. Run the salmon with enough lemon juice. Season the cut salmon with enough pepper. Put them in a box/bowl and cover with plastic wrap.

(Olesi potongan salmon dengan perasan lemon secukupnya. Bumbui salmon dengan merica bubuk secukupnya. Masukkan salmon dalam kotak/ mangkuk dan tutup rapat dengan plastik.)

2. Keep refrigerated for 30 minutes.

(Simpan dalam lemari es selama 30 menit.)

3. Mix together 120 grams of flour, salt, pepper, and cold water. Then place the batter in a plate.

(Campurkan 120 gram tepung terigu dengan garam, merica bubuk dan air dingin. Tuang kedalam sebuah piring.)

 4. Preheat your frying pan in medium with lot of oil enough to deep fry the salmon. Wait until the oil is hot enough to fry.

(Panaskan penggorengan yang diisi minyak yang cukup banyak untuk menggoreng salmon dengan api medium. Tunggu hingga minyak cukup panas untuk menggoreng.)

 5. Dredge the salmon on 30 grams of dry all purpose flour evenly. Then, dip in into the batter and drip the excess batter. Directly dredge it on the bread crumbs.

(Baluri potongan salmon dengan 30 gram tepung terigu kering secara merata, dan celupkan di adonan cair, teteskan adonan yang berlebih pada salmon, teteskan sisanya dan lumuri salmon dengan tepung panir/ roti.)

 6. Fry the salmon right away until golden brown. Then, take them out of the pan and drain the excess oil.

(Goreng segera salmon tepung hingga kuning keemasan. Angkat dan tiriskan)

 7. Serve warm with your fave carbs.

(Sajikan hangat dengan menu utama pilihanmu.)
