Meat Cannelloni (Bilingual-Eng-Indo)

I really love this meat Cannelloni instead the original ricotta and spinach one. Here is the recipe I always use to make this dish. I am using instant Cannelloni pasta that doesn’t need to be cooked before, just pour the sauce and put it in the oven. Here we go

(Teman- teman ini resep yang biasa aku pakai untuk bikin Cannelloni daging, salah satu pasta kesayangan keluarga. Basically, cannelloni bisa dibuat dari lembaran pasta untuk Lasagna (tapi yang fresh, bukan yang model instant) lalu diisi dengan isian, tapi ini aku gunakan yang instant tanpa perlu dimasak dulu, cukup diisi dan disiram saus lalu dimasak di dalam oven. Yuk, cobain! )

Meat cannelloni meat cannelloni

Ingredients: (10 Cannelloni)

– 400 grams of ground meat (daging filing)

– 2 eggs (telur ayam)

– 2 tablespoons of ground parmesan cheese (keju parmesan parut)

– Salt and pepper (garam dan merica)

– 1 bottle of pasta sauce (bumbu pasta pilihanmu)

– 80 ml of beef stock (kaldu sapi)

– 1 tomato (buah tomat)

– Mozzarella cheese (keju mozzarella)

Steps:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 C.

(Panaskan oven hingga 180 C)

2. In a sauce pan, boil the pasta sauce and put in diced tomato, pour with 80 ml of stock and stir well, bring it to boil again.

(Pada sebuah panci, panaskan bumbu pasta dan masukkan potongan tomat bentuk dadu, tuang kaldu sapi dan didihkan lagi.)

3. Mix the meat, salt and pepper, eggs, and parmesan cheese well in a bowl. Fill the cannelloni with the meat one by one.

(Campur daging giling, garam dan merica, telur, keju permesan secara merata pada sebuah mangkuk. Isi masing masing cannelloni dengan campuran daging ini.)

4. In your casserole, pour in 1/3 part of the sauce on the surface, distribute it evenly. Place in the cannelloni one by one, pour the cannelloni with remaining sauce. Sprinkle the top with mozzarella. Cover the casserole with aluminum foil and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.

(Pada casserole, tuang 1/3 dari saus di dasar dan ratakan, letakkan cannelloni satu per satu dan tuang bagian atasnya dengan sisa saus. Taburi permukaan saus dengan keju mozzarella dan tutup casserole dengan aluminum foil. Panggang selama 30 menit.)

5. After 30 minutes, turn the heat to 200 C and open the aluminum foil. Bake again for 7-10 minutes. Done!

(Setelah 30 menit, buka aluminum foil dan naikkan suhu oven ke 200 C, panggang lagi selama 7-10 menit. Selesai!)
