Bolognese Spaghetti (Bilingual Eng-Indo)

Here is the way I serve quick and yummy Bolognese pasta dish for lunch and dinner. It’s simple yet very yummy. Try it soon!

(Teman-teman ini aku share resep bikin Pasta saus Bolognese yang baisaka aku bikin di rumah untuk makan siang atau makan malam. Selalu suka sama menu yang satu ini karena cepet bikinnya dan selalu enak. Yuk, cobain sekarang!)

Ingredients: (Serving 2 persons)

– 200 grams of Spaghetti

– 1 large onion (bawang bombay besar)

– 2 cloves of garlic (bawang putih)

– 1 leek –> take only the white part (bawang prei ambil bagian putihnya saja)

– 2 medium tomatoes –> diced (buah tomat ukuran tanggung, potong kecil)

– 200 grams of ground beef (daging sapi giling)

– 200 grams of pasta sauce (saus tomat untuk pasta dalam botol/toples)

– 60 ml of hot boiling water (air mendidih)

– salt and black pepper (garam dan merica hitam bubuk)

– some mushrooms (if wanted) (beberapa potong jamur champignon jika suka)

– 2 tablespoon of vegetable oil (minyak sayur untuk menumis)

– 100 grams of cheese –> grated (keju parut)

Steps:

1. Cut the onion, leek and garlic onto small dices. Saute them together in a medium pan with vegetable oil on it. When fragrant, put in the meat and stir well. Put in the diced tomatoes (and slices of mushroom if you like) too. Pour in the pasta sauce and cook for another 2 minutes.

(Potong-potong kecil bawang bombay, bawang putih dan bawang prei. Panaskan sebuah wajan dengan minyak sayur didalamnya, tumis bawang-bawangan hingga harum dan masukkan daging cincang dan potongan tomat (dan irisan jamur jika suka), aduk rata. Tuang saus pasta botolan kedalamnya dan masak kembali selama 2 menit.)

2. Boil water in a pot for the pasta. When the water starts to boil, put in the spaghetti and cook well following the instruction on the packaging of the pasta.

(Rebus air secukupnya untuk merebus pasta. Rebus sesuai petunjuk dalam kemasan. )

3. Season the pasta sauce with salt and black pepper. Pour in the hot boiling water and stir well, cook for another 10 minutes while stirring continuously.

(Masukkan garam dan merica bubuk kedalam saus secukupnya. Tuang dengan air mendidih dan aduk rata, masak kembali selama 10 menit sambil diaduk.)

4. Drain the water on the pot and stain the spaghetti. Toss it onto a plate and scoop some pasta sauce on the top of the spaghetti. Grate some cheese on the top of the sauce, garnish with basil leaves or leek. Done!

(Buang air rebusan pasta dan tiriskan pasta. Letakkan spaghetti di atas sebuah piring dan tuang dengan saus pasta. Taburi dengan parutan keju dan hias dengan daun basil atau potongan bawang prei. Selesai!)
