My Style Quattro Formaggi Pizza (Bilingual-Eng-Indo)

Here is my style of Quattro Formaggi Pizza. I didn’t use Ricotta, Parmesan, Moza and Gorgonzola cheese in this recipe, yet I used simple Cheddar, Blue, German Grunlander, and Butter cheese, and I came out reallllyyyyyy gooodd!! the combination of the cheese brought special taste you’ll always miss. Here we go!

(Teman-teman, ini aku share resep Quattro Formaggi Pizza alias Pizza 4 macam keju. Tapi untuk kali ini aku nggak pakai keju pakem nya QF yaitu: ricotta, gorgonzola, moza, dan parmesan. Namun aku pakai keju-keju lain, dan rasanya amboooooyyy lezaaat sekali. Kombinasi keempat keju ini rasanya mantaap . Yuk, cobain!)

Quattro Formaggi Pizza

Ingredients:

Crust (Adonan kulitnya):

– 1 cup of warm water (236 ml) (air)

– 1 envelope of instant dry yeast (8 grams) (ragi instant/fermipan)

– 1 teaspoon of sugar (4 grams) (gula pasir)

– 2 1/2 cup of flour (recommended: bread flour) (312 grams) (tepung terigu untuk membuat roti)

– 2 tablespoon of vegetable oil (30 ml) (minyak sayur)

– 1 teaspoon of salt (5 grams) (garam)

Toppings:

– some pizza sauce (saus tomat untuk pizza/ saus pasta kesukaan juga boleh)

– some Cheddar Cheese (50 grams)

– some German Grunlander cheese (50 grams)

– some Butter cheese (50 grams)

– some Blue cheese (50 grams)

Step:

1. Mix together yeast, warm water, and sugar. Wait until 15 minutes until bubbles appears on it’s surface.

(Campur bersama ragi instant, air hangat, dan gula dan tunggu selama 15 menit hingga muncul gelembung di permukaan air.)

2. Mix together bread flour and salt in a big bowl, pour in the warm water mix inside.

(Campurkan tepung terigu dan garam dalam sebuah mangkuk besar, tuangkan campuran air hangat kedalamnya)

3. Mix together until it’s crumbly.

(Campur rata hingga nampak seperti remah-remah besar.)

4. Knead the dough to form a big bowl.

(Uleni adonan hingga menjadi bola besar)

5. Keep on kneading for about 5 minutes.

(Tetap uleni selama 5 menit.)

6. Cut the dough ball onto 2 similar size.

(Potong bola adonan menjadi 2 bagian berukuran sama.)

7. Form the cuts onto another balls.

(Bentuk potongan adonan menjadi bola-bola lagi.)

8. Cover 2 bowl/plates with vegetables oil and put the balls one in a plate/bowl. Cover the ball with little oil and rest them for 2 hours covered with plastic wrap.

(Olesi 2 mangkuk/piring dengan minyak sayur dan letakkan bola adonan didalamnya sambil digulingkan hingga permukaan bola berlapis minyak sayur. Biarkan selama 2 jam tertutup plastik bening)

9. When the dough is proofed to double in size, preheat your oven to 450 F (230 C)

(Jika adonan telah membesar 2 kali ukuran semula, panaskan oven hingga 230 C)

10. Put one dough on your baking pan and start to flatten it with rolling pin to form round shape

(Letakkan satu adonan di pan pemanggang dan pipihkan adonan dengan rolling pin hingga berbentuk bundar)

11. Spread on the pizza tomato sauce with the cheese evenly on the surface of the pizza.

(Olesi permukaan kulit pizza dengan saus tomat untuk pizza dan taburi dengan parutan dan potongan keju-keju.)

12. Bake it for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Slice it the way you want!

(Panggang selama 15-20 menit hingga kecoklatan.Potong-potong sesuai selera!)

13. Apply the same method to the last ball and put another toppings you like!

(Gunakan metode yang sama pada adonan terakhir dan letakkan topping yang berbeda pilihanmu!)
