Chocochips Cookies (Bilingual-Eng-Indo)

My biggest challenge on diet may be this simple snack. Just simply can’t refuse my self to make them again and again. It’s very simple yet very addicting. Here is my recipe for app. 16 cookies. Try it today!

(Hai teman-teman, ini aku share resep gampang bikin cookies dengan chocochip di dalemnya. Rasanya empuk (bukan kriuk kriuk) kayak cookies Good Time pada umumnya, tapi lebih chewy ke arah biskuit bayi yang enak itu. Pasti bikin kalian ketagian untuk bikin lagi dan lagi. Cocok juga untuk acara spesial seperti ulang tahun ato tahun baruan. Yuk, cobain bikin!)

Chocochip Cookies

 Ingredients:

– 1/2 cup of butter (114 grams)

– 1/3 cup brown sugar (66 grams) (brown sugar yang digunakan bukan gila nira/ gula Jawa, tapi sejenis gula pasir namun sedikit lembek berwarna kecoklatan, bisa dicari di supermarket impor.)

– 1/3 cup white sugar (63 grams) (gula pasir)

– 1 egg (telur ayam)

– 3/4 teaspoon of vanilla (vanilla)

– 1 cup of flour (124 grams) (tepung terigu)

– 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda (soda kue)

– 1/4 teaspoon of salt (garam)

– 1 cup of choco chip (secangkir butiran coklat chips)

Steps:

1. Preheat your oven to 190 C. Line your pan with baking paper.

(Panaskan oven hingga 190 C. Alasi pan pemanggang dengan baking paper.)

2. Beat the butter using handmixer in high speed for about 5 minutes until fluffy. Then put in the brown and white sugar, beat more for 3 minutes.

(Kocok butter dengan menggunakan hand mixer kecepatan tinggi selama 5 menit hingga lembut. Masukkan gula coklat dan putih kemudian kocok lagi selama 3 menit.)

 3. Add the egg to the butter and sugar mixture and mix well.

(Masukkan telur kedalam campuran butter dan gula, lalu aduk rata.)

4. In a large bowl, shift in the flour, baking soda, and salt. Then slowly add the flour mix into the butter and sugar mix, mix well for 1 minute.

(Pada sebuah mangkuk besar, ayak tepung, baking soda, dan garam. Kemudian perlahan masukkan campuran tepung kedalam campuran butter gula, aduk lagi selama 1 menit.)

5. Put in vanilla and mix well for 10 seconds. Then put in the chocochips, fold them with spatula evenly.

(Masukkan vanilla dan aduk rata selama 10 detik. Kemudian masukkan chocochips, aduk dengan gerakan melipat/ memutar dengan spatula.)

6. Use your ice cream scoop to measure the dough and slowly put one scoop on pan with baking paper on it. Make space between the cookies because the do spread.

(Gunakan sendok ice cream untuk mengukur sama masing masing cookies, perlahan skup adonan dan pindahkan ke pan panggangan yang dilapisi baking paper. Usahakan untuk memberi jarak agak jauh karena adonan akan meluber.)

7. Bake in the oven for about 12 minutes.

(Panggang di oven selama 12 menit.)

8. When it’s done, let the cookies cooled on the pan for about 5 minutes then remove them onto cooling racks until completely cool. Store them in closed box inside the fridge. Yum!

(Jika sudah matang, biarkan cookies berada di pan dan mendingin setidaknya selama 5 menit, kemudian pindahkan cookies perlahan ke rak pendingin, biarkan mendingin sempurna. Simpan cookies dalam kotak bertutup dalam lemari es.)
