Buffalo Wings (Roasted) (Bilingual-Eng-Indo)

This easy prepare and cook dish is suitable for special snacks, appetizer, or dish at home at anytime. You can make it effortlessly and happy with the result. Come and see!

(Buat temen-temen yang penasaran cara bikin Buffalo Wings sendiri di rumah. Caranya gampang dan bahannya pun mudah didapat. Total waktu masak di oven adalah 30 menit. Yuk, bikin rame-rame!)

Buffalo Wings (Roasted)

Ingredients:

– 500 grams of chicken wings (sayap ayam)

– 1 tablespoon of lemon juice (perasan jeruk nipis/lemon)

– 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder (bubuk bawang putih)

– 1/4 teaspoon of cheyenne pepper (bubuk cabe merah besar)

– 1/8 teaspoon of salt (garam)

– 1/8 teaspoon of pepper (bubuk merica hitam)

– 3 tablespoons of hot sauce (saus sambal Bangkok)

– 2 tablespoons of honey (madu)

Steps:

 1. Mix the garlic powder, cheyenne pepper, salt, pepper in a plate.

(Campurkan bersama bubuk bawang putih, bubuk cabe merah besar, garam dan merica di sebuah piring.)

2. Pour the lemon juice all over the chicken wings evenly.

(Tuang perasan jeruk nipis/lemon diatas sayap ayam secara merata.)

 3. Sprinkle the mix spices onto the wings. Rub evenly.

(Taburi permukaan sayap ayam dengan bubuk bumbu. Oles merata.)

 4. Preheat the oven to 180 C.

(Panaskan oven hinggal 180 C.)

 5. Roast the wings for about 25 minutes on wire rack.

(Panggang ayam selama 25 menit diatas rak panggangan.)

6. Prepare the wet rub : mix together hot sauce and honey in a bowl/ plate.

(Bumbu oles basah: campur bersama saus sambal dan madu pada sebuah mangkuk/ piring.)

7. After 25 minutes, take the wings out of the oven and put them in the bowl/plate of wet sauce. Mix well.

(Setelah 25 menit, keluarkan sayap ayam dari oven dan letakkan didalam mangkuk/piring berisi bumbu basah. Campur merata.)

 8. Turn the heat to 200 C and put the wings on wire rack and roast again for about 5 minutes. Take out and serve hot!

(Naikkan suhu oven ke 200 C dan letakkan sayap ayam di rak pemanggang lagi, panggang kembali selama 5 menit. Keluarkan dan sajikan panas!)
