How to Make Easy Carrot and Mushroom Noodles (Bilingual-Eng-Indo)

This lunch/ dinner menu will suit vegetables lover kids and a good start to get know more veggies for veggies fuzzy kids. Guess what? this yummy dish will also make nice dinner for mommy and daddy too. Perfect in any kind of occasion.

(Teman-teman ini aku share resep Mie Wortel Jamur yang enak rasanya, dasarnya menu ini adalah mie telur yang disajikan sama tumis wortel, jamur, dan daging. Modelnya kayak mie ayam biasa (cuman mayoritas sayuran), cocok buat manu anak yang doyan/ belajar makan sayur, dan gampang bikinnya, Yuk, bikin rame-rame!)

Carrot&Mushroom Noodles

Ingredients:

– 2 medium carrots (wortel ukuran sedang)

– 100 grams of mushroom (jamur, boleh jamur apa aja, ini aku pake Champignon)

– 2 cloves of garlic (bawang putih)

– 1 onion (bawang bombay)

– 2 medium tomatoes (tomat)

– 100 grams of ground meat : pork, beef, chicken, anything you like (daging giling pilihanmu: boleh sapi, ayam, babi, dll)

– 4 tablespoon of soy sauce (kecap asin)

– 1 tablespoon of sugar (gula pasir)

– some black pepper (serbuk merica)

– some vegetable oil (minyak sayur)

– Egg noodles (mie telur)

Steps:

1. Cut and slice the onions, garlic, tomatoes, mushroom, and carrots onto smaller pieces (I grated the carrots though to speed up the preparation).

(Potong dan iris bawang bombay, bawang putih, tomat, jamur, dan wortel menjadi ukuran kecil-kecil (Aku parut wortelnya dengan parutan keju supaya cepet..))

2. Heat your wok/pan on high and pour in 2 tablespoons of oil.

(Panaskan wajan di api besar dan tuang 2 sendok makan minyak.)

3. Put in garlic and onion. Stir well until they are golden brown for about 2-3 minutes.

(Tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay hingga kecoklatan selama kurang lebih 2-3 menit.)

4. Put in the meat and stir well until it is cooked evenly.

(Masukkan daging dan tumis hingga matang merata.)

5. Put in the carrots, mushrooms, and tomatoes into the pan and strir well.

(Masukkan wortel, jamur, dan tomat kedalam wajan dan tumis merata.)

6. Season the dish with soy sauce, sugar and pinch of pepper.

(Bumbui tumisan dengan kecap asin, gula dan sedikit bubuk merica.)

7. Stir the dish well and cook it for another 10 minutes.

(Aduk rata dan tumis hingga matang selama kurang lebih 10 menit)

8. Boil 4 cups of water in a pot.

(Rebus air sebanyak 1 liter dalam panci hingga mendidih.)

9. Put in your noodles and cook your egg noodles until they are soft, for about 6-8 minutes. Take the cooked noodles out the pot and set aside.

(Masukkan mie telur kedalam panci dan rebus hingga mie lembut, selama 6-8 menit. Angkat mie yang telah matang dari panci dan sisihkan.)

10. In a bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, 1 table spoon of soy sauce, some black pepper.

(Dalam sebuah mangkuk, campurkan 1 sendok makan minyak sayur, 1 sendok makan kecap asin, dan sedikit merica.)

11. Put in app. 100 grams of noodles into the bowl and mix it with the seasoning well.

(Masukkan kurang lebih 100 gram mie telur yang telah matang kedalam mangkuk dan aduk rata dengan campuran minyak kecap tadi.)

12. Serve the noodle in a new bowl with 2 -3 tablespoons of veggies mix. You can add fried onions and spring onion if you like.

(Sajikan mie dan 2-3 sendok makan tumis sayur dalam sebuah mangkuk baru. Dapat ditambahkan bawang goreng dan irisan daun bawang bila suka.)
